You'd expect top two in each section straight through to the semi with 2 playing 3 for the right to join them in that semis.

Relegation would be a bottom 2 all out battle, but with CP not giving a toss, who knows!

We seen what the stall was like last year and it will be the same this year
No gym programs done out yet and never was done last year they are like old school as long as you can run that's all that matters.
Playing backs in forward positions and forwards in back positions complete new set up required full stop
