Exciting game of football . Big support from both sides. Ugly scenes at the end and few Bal supporters getting involved too.
Bal without D Mcguiness ( straight Red) and possibly Jack K with a suspected broken bone in foot- Big players for Bal, Dont think the change in goalie will have much of an impact .

What way do people see it going ?

Bal felt aggrieved with a lot of the referee 's calls and rightly so, mcguiness will be a big loss but still think bal wil shade it

Bals discipline has always let them down they have always been there own worst enemy, think Multy will shade it in the replay and hope they do they deserve it have been knocking on the door a while now.

He wasn't great for either team.. Word on the street is Barry Kelly will be taking the replay. He wont take any nonsense.

Multy did well to draw considering they were still in the dressing room for first 15 minutes.

Congratulations to Multy and well deserved, they are a credit to the parish of Multy and Leney and beyond. Intermediate football will suit them very well and their underage teams will supply plenty of talent into the future.

Jaysus you'd swear they won the world cup or something. Congrats to them but let's see how they fair against intermediate teams. We'll see

This sounds like how people were saying Ballynacargy would walk Junior because they were way too good for it. Well done Multy on your win.

Well done Multy. As a Westmeath gael i think we can all associate with having a day in the sun after years of hardship.
Hard work and good attitude paid off.

Great win for Multy and well deserved great work being put in at underage the last 10 years that was going unnoticed just because it wasn't A football. They should hold there own in intermidate and no storm will be stopping celebrations there.

Fantastic for Multy. The biggest day in their history. That's what the GAA is about. Enjoy lads.

Well done to Multy. Back in the 90s and 00s they were seen as one of the lowest teams in the Junior championship. They have to be commended for what they've done over the last few years. Probably should have gone up a few years ago only for some bad luck in finals. They will definitely stay up intermediate and the best of luck to them. Other Junior clubs in Westmeath could learn a lot from their example.
