Replying To WhatsTheMata:  "Hollywood wont be touched at intermediate. Dont know what happens Dunlavin but that could be two costly losses with Kilmac coming up fighting for a place in quarters if appeal doesn't go their way.

What was the story in Kilmac and Aughrim match. Judging by the updates, first half must have been chronic stuff altogether? Heard an Aughrim man walked off the pitch during game after arguing with his manager too?

Didnt get to stay for the Ballymanus Ballinacor game Saturday but was surprised at result."
I was in Aughrim yesterday Kilmac just had way to much for Aughrim dont know whats gone wrong in Augrim but they are really struggling,Rathnew fully deserved their win over Dunlavin and Dunlavin dont seem to know what their best 15 is which is shocking at this stage of the championship they could have sneaked a win but wouldnt have deserved it they dont look like Intermediate winners AGAIN,Ballymanus had several goal chances in last round against Dunlavin and if had of taken half of them Dunlavin would be in real trouble in that group.

Yeah I'd expect Aughrim to end up in Junior to rebuild, lost too many players over the last 3 years to compete for now. Expected Rathnew to make it a battle against Dunlavin and Dunlavin to come away with a win but fair play to Rathnew and they're gonna be very hard to beat in it now. Looking at their squad there's a nice bit of experience in it and a few of Senior medals plus a few lads who probably would be Senior if they committed?
It does leave Dunlavin in a bit of trouble but I wouldn't write them off at all, AGB lost 2 games in the group last year and still came through to win it out. Ballinacor have a game in hand on Dunlavin and the Billies too so they still have a good chance. I see they play Rathnew next, should be a good battle - neither of those teams will take a step back and Ballinacor definitely wont have any fear of the jersey like some teams seem to have. Ballinacor by 2. Dunlavin will beat Aughrim by whatever amount they feel like on Saturday.
I wouldn't get carried away with Hollywood just yet, barely scraped over Donard who kicked a lot of wides. Shut Hannon down and you will hurt them a lot. Same with Donard, keep Daly quiet and they struggle. Carnew could be dangerous this year in that group. Think Hollywood will beat Ashford and Donard will get by Stratford. An Tochar v Stratford tonight will probably be close but I'd fancy Stratford to win it

Awful hammering.. Ive heard that bray are missing 7 or 8 lads who are on j1s for the summer, but look at the size of bray!
Aughrim were on the wrong end of a hiding too

Wicklow town have the bragging rites over their neighbours Ratnew for the moment. No leighton is a big loss for the ratnews he will be hopefully be back soon and i suppose the lads who went to america will be back. They will be a better team then. Long way to go in this group yet.

In Aughrim today, I thought the ref robbed Tinahely something awful!

Was in Aughrim yesterday and i fail to see how the referee robbed Tinahely. On several occasions the ref allowed Tinahely more than the 5 secs allowed for advantage but Agb never got a free brought back for no advantage. The incident with the sending off was right in front of the ref and linesman and the correct decision was made. Tinahely may feel aggreaved but on too many occasions the mentors/selectors got on the refs back and the linesman also which doesn't help in 50/50 decisions, the penalty decision was a joke by the way. Neither team can be happy with some aspects of the game but ultimately the best team won on the day.

Agree 100%, bad for both but the result was correct on play.

Loss of Glynn was a blow for Rathnew, gonna be a lot stronger when him and the 2 lads in America get back later in the year. Still a good win for Pats and they're in a great position with Coolkenno left to play.
Surprised at how easily Blesso beat Bray, even more surprised at the attendance! I know its only the group stage but 82 (the figure on Wicklow People Sport FB page) is very poor for 2 clubs with massive population.
Intermediate over the weekend went as expected to be fair? Rathnew v Ballinacor tomorrow is a massive game in that group, a win for either leaves them in a great position. I fancy Ballinacor but a repeat of the performance v the Billies leaves them out because Rathnew were impressive against Dunlavin

A lot of people telling me that Kilcoole are a dead cert for winning junior A I just can't see it the same is being said about
Valleymount I saw valleymount last night in championship in
Valleymount which was Abit strange for a championship match but they look very beatable my predictions is going to be a wild one and going with knockananna or laragh looked at the odds and worth backing

I would rank Laragh as slight favourites to win it ahead of Kilcoole. They should easily beat Barndarrig and Knockananna in their last 2 games to qualify for the Q/F. I would fancy them to pip Kilcoole if it came down to it at the business end of the championship. Hard to write off Balto and Pats either.

Is it an open draw for the quarter finals or is there any advantage to topping the group?

Did Valleymount or Laragh win?? FB said Valleymount last night but the website says Laragh??
And I agree about the venue, home advantage and a West ref for a championship match doesn't seem right!

Valleymount won by four in what was an enjoyable game with a big crowd in attendance Apparently Laragh looked to switch the game from the original date and offered Valleymount home advantage to change. As for the point about the ref, what nonsense. What about when teams from the west travel across the county and get a ref from that side of the county. Do you have a problem with that?
I think both teams will make the quarters along with Kilcoole, Pats, Balto, Eire Og, Newcastle and Coolboy.
It's crazy that there is no advantage for topping your group. The quarters are an open draw only avoiding other teams in your group.

Interesting prediction but did not kilcoole beat both large and knockananna already?? I know that this does not mean they will not come again and overturn kilcoole later in the championship but it would make kilcoole favourites ??

So Raten bate Ballinacor the other day. They must be the red hot for the Inter title having also beat dunlavin and got a walkover from Kilmac. Aughrim will win no match so they only have to play the billies and they are trough in first place

After two rounds of games in Group two of the Junior A neither Knockannana or Laragh have registered a win. How then can they be considered favorites ahead of Kilcoole or Valleymount who have both won twice?
In inter Rathnew look very strong. Looks like it will be them the Billies and the winners of Dunlavin and Kilmac. Depends on which Dunlavin turns up, they have been very inconsistent, and if they have Cian O Sullivan and Gary Allen fit and on the pitch
