Did Aran appeal to the DRA or decide against it?

Very little buzz or excitement about the final thanks to Aran ruining it for all concerned.

Do they have IP addresses over there Wunder!!! They fact that you still think this originally had anything to do with the two clubs involved is sad. Purely opportunistic. But if I were you I might just look around you in north galway and 'wunder' who spilled the beans! wink wink.

Some big accusations here.

I heard an anonymous tip was given to Aran after a wealthy businessman hailing from the Islands made a hefty donation to the club in New Yorks "bingo" fund.

But then again you just wouldn't know. Rumours do often get started.

I can see tomorrows game starting off at a rate of knots but descending into a damp squib.

Now that Claregalway have lost Daire Curley to injury they have lost their real man marker at the back and will struggle to fill that void. As a result when Williamstown have the momentum and sniff blood - Garry Kelly will keep pucking them over from all angles and deflate the wind from the sails of the Claregalway team.

If you put a gun to my head i can see the half time score being Claregalway 0-7 Williamstown 0-04.

should be an interdasting contest. the willies will have the support of themselves, Glenamaddy, Menlough, Glinsk (my hometown) and themselves as there are buses running. looking forward to seeing a fitting end to the intermediate championship. #ConnachtAbu

I see Claregalway have been backed into 1/5 in local bookmakers.

I don't think even the ardent Williamstown supporter expects anything other than a 5+ point trimming

Who is Daire Curley? I can't seem to recall anyone from Claregalway ever mentioning him as playing for them.

Outside of this mysterious Curley, if Claregalway can contain Kelly they should win, but CG certainly aren't the most defensively strong team in the country and are prone to lapses in concentration.

Claregalway will win at a canter. The only thing that'll keep the margin in single figures is the terrible weather forecast.
Williamstown are an honest but limited team. Not fit enough or talented enough to stick with Clargegalway.

Claregalway 2-11 Williamstown 1-6

Great year for Williamstown, hope they do it tomorrow, but I think Claregalway will have too much for them

Best wishes to all involved. In order to win the teams must focus on speed, pace & quickness. These are the three key tools to a victory in Pearse . I will be in attendence with my husband & our four kids. whoever wins dis game will win de all Ireland.

Tomorrow's intermediate final will be a lot closer than some people are thinking I would say.Weather conditions will not suit either team and although CG probably have a stronger panel Wtown are a hard team to beat and battle hardened by some tough championship games.I expect it to go to the wire with possibly CG edging it by a point or two.

For those that said that the Intermediate Final would be a one sided affair .... go and eat humble pie.... well done to both teams on an entertaining game and congratulations to Claregalway. Best of Luck to Claregalway in the Connaught Championship.

Great case for some legal eagle to take if somebody from Claregalway suffers an injury, so much for player welfare, some lads facing three games in three days, totally against all welfare guidelines & overseen by Galway football board & the Connacht Council. The GAA is full of double standards.

Well said. A round of club hurling games was cancelled earlier in the summer due to "player welfare" as it was felt the hurlers were playing too many WEEKS in a row. But sure playing two games in 24 hours is grand.

1-9 to 2 points at half time? Clear Claregalway had tomorrows game on their mind in the second half.
