All the talk this year has been about Dublin, but when it comes to strength in depth, it's hard to beat Kerry.

The All-Ireland champions named their team for Sunday's Munster SFC final against Cork last night and what immediately struck us was the strength of their bench. Among the Kingdom subs are 21 All-Ireland medals, 17 All Stars, two Players of the Year, one Young Player of the Year and four All-Ireland final Man of the Match award recipients.

Colm Cooper, who has been sensationally dropped, Aidan O'Mahony and Darran O'Sullivan possess 13 All-Ireland medals between them. Brian Kelly, Paul Murphy, Paul Geaney and Anthony Maher, who all started last year's All-Ireland final win over Donegal, are omitted, as is former Aussie Rules star Tommy Walsh. And 2009 Footballer of the Year Paul Galvin hasn't even made the match-day 26.

Cork's subs bench isn't half bad either with 2010 All-Ireland winners Paddy O'Shea, Jamie O'Sullivan, John Hayes, Patrick Kelly and Daniel Goulding all included.
