Coulter admits he was in the square

Down's Benny Coulter
Benny Coulter has admitted that his controversial goal against Kildare should have been disallowed.
The Down full forward fisted a high delivery from Martin Clarke past goalkeeper Shane McCormack in the 13th minute. However, TV replays clearly showed Coulter was standing inside the square while the ball was in flight.
"I think I was in the square, yeah," he admitted.
Coulter was full of praise for Clarke - the man who provided the assist - whose return from the AFL has been a massive boost to the Mourne County this year.
"Marty is a good lad and he brings a lot to the table. He's a good outlet from the defence to get the ball to him and he more or less sets up everything," he said.
"His fitness and his tackling and his work rate and everything about him are immense. His professionalism and his approach are brilliant. I think he showed that again today. He was getting a bit of a hard time at the start of the year for maybe not adapting back too well, but we thought he was going rightly. Again, he showed it today.
"We're just glad to have him."
