League format changes

There has been changes made to the remainder of the Division One and Two football leagues.
Division One will become single round fixtures with it to be split into two groups of five, which will make up 1A and 1B.
Phase 2 to be a single round league (2H & 2A matches for each club) to be finished in early December (total of 14 league games for each club).
The top 2 teams in the SFL 1A table to contest the SFL 1 final. The bottom two teams in SFL 1B to be relegated.
SFL 2 Phase 1 to be completed as per status quo (single round). Phase 2 to be a single round league (2H & 2A matches for each club -total of 13 league games for each club).
