O'Donnell confirms Quigley KO

November 06, 2014

Sean Quigley, Shane McMahon and Dermie Reilly celebrate after Roslea defeated Kilcoo in the Fermanagh SFC final.

Roslea co-manager Adrian O'Donnell has confirmed that Sean Quigley is "a major doubt" to tog out against St Eunan's.

The Fermanagh attacker's knee injury is not as bad as had been first feared but it appears that he has no chance of featuring against the Donegal champions in the Ulster club championship this weekend.

"We know with the injuries that they can be very serious and keep you out for a long time," the Shamrocks boss told The Fermanagh Herald.

"Thankfully, that is not the case for Sean and it looks like this injury will be a few months, which obviously makes him a major doubt for Sunday.

"At the minute, all we are hoping is that Sean will be able to do some very light jogging this week, but it does look like this game will come too quickly for him."
