Because they hameered ye 4-0 the last time out...
_______________
Yes , And we beat Manchester united last time we played them i'm sure they are shaking in their boots at the thoughts of the mighty pool coming to Old Trafford on the 11th of Feb. Likewise i'm sure United where rattling going to Eastlands in the FA cup third round after being hammered 6-1 at home "last time out".. Moronic comment from you but then again i expect nothing less from someone who is only here to simply wind people up instead of having a genuine contribution to these boards..

mayoboy1 - You clearly don't like liverpool fc, why do you feel the need to keep putting liverrpool down by your pathetic posts. Read the title of this thread or are you that insecure that you feel you have to jump down at liverpool at every chance you get. Grow up lad

b.mullins - A win is vital tonight. Lose and I think we have no hope of 4th. It will be interesting to see if Kenny starts Carroll or Suarez?

Bad result last night considering we outplayed spurs and if Bale had finished that chance it would have been sickening. Still if we manage to beat the mancs on sat morning then we will all be happy again.
Old trafford will have they atmosphere stall out for the visit of liverppol and I am sure suraez will gets dogs abuse but I wont complain if we smash them. I think suarez is the sort of character that will thrive of abuse.
A big ask to beat untied in their home patch especially since they will be well fired up after us beating them in the cup and with suarez. How do ye see it going? I cant call it to be honest.

AT This stage of the game now , I just want the season to end.. Im totally disgusted with the amount of dropped points at home and our incapability to break teams down. Luis came on last night and as soon as he did looked like he could cause spurs serious problems. Also had the best chance of the game with "that" header.. Summer signings need to include a bloody finisher and a proven finisher at that. Our defence is fine with Agger, Skrtel, Carragher, Coates, Johnson, Enrique, Kelly, Flanagan, and Aurelio... I think our midfield could do with a bit of strengthning especially the wide areas.

Hard to call this one lads - one thing for sure - one group of reds will be sick come sat afternoon... And to be fair it has to be your turn lads!! On a serious note though, pool have shown they can lift it for the big game while utd should be spirited after their comeback vs chelsea. Wouldnt count out a draw!

I think we will beat United, It would be typical Liverpool.. Pathetic home draw followed by an absolutely marvellous result away against a big team , followed by a 1-0 win against brighton in the cup.. Its how liverpools season has gone so far .. will the thrend continue, Your starting line ups lads ?
Mine would be
Reina, Kelly, Skrtel, Agger, Enrique, Johnson, Spearing, Gerrard, Adam, Bellamy, Suarez
Subs. Doni, Coates, Kuyt, Carroll, Henderson, Downing, Aurelio

So lads, considering every thread is fair game and posters should NOT be left to discuss their club in threads like these...
The elephant in the room about last nights game. I'm finding it very hard to give him the benefit of the doubt!

Sickened by yet another draw spurs came for the draw and got it so fair play I agree with waynol wouldn't surprise me if they won on sat but I think the mancs will be all out for the victory it would kill them to lose 2 in a row to Liverpool I really hope there is no trouble from either sets of fans or players on sat

Saw the Suarez incident live last night and was about to post saying it was completely unintentional and move on. I said I'd have a look at YouTube just to be sure. Now I'm undecided, he can't say he didn't see Parker or didn't know he was there because he gave him a shove before the kick so he knew well where he was. I don't see how he thought he was going to get the ball. At first look I thought it was an accident but the more I watch it, the worse it looks.

It's clear it was an accident with absolutely no intent. Oh wait, Liverpool are playing United this weekend? He meant it then, 9 match ban please FA starting this weekend

It's clearly not that simple at all. Now I'm not saying he's definitely guilty but there is something to this argument. He most certainly knew where Parker was. he was never getting the ball so why swing a leg?
And why does everything have to come back to Liverpool and United?
