National Feile - unfortunately the lads were beat in the Shield quarter final by Slaughtneil. But lads, it's not the end of the world. Keep the heads high and be proud of your efforts and talents. Have a great time tonight with the host club. There is plenty more to play for this season and that will be the focus after this weekend. This weekend isn't just about the games, it's about the experience, making friends and making great memories. Well done, lads. We are proud of all of you. UP THE PORTS. Feile na Gael - thanks to all those who have sponsored gear for our U14 Hurlers. Also thank you to all those who donated. Your generosity is fantastic and is much appreciated by our young players and club. Thanks to Mark O'Neill & Sons Building Contractors, East Down Construction, Portaferry Credit Union, Peninsula Sports, Blaneys Shop, Joes Hot Spot, Portaferry Hotel, Physiofront, Delilicious, Snips N Snaps, Sedats Barbers, Centra, The Slip, The Lep, Sean Young & Family, Jane Hegan, Paddy Mason, Ronan Sheehan, Niall Coulter, Jim & Margaret McAloon, Oliver Kirkpatrick, Niall Mullen, Stephen White, Stephen Wilson and Danny Gilmore. There were also a number of anonymous contributors. Thank you very much. Pearse Sweeney collected £238.00 for the sponsored walk. An amazing total and for this Pearse received an O'Neills Voucher. The second Sponsor a Player was won by Paul Collins, father of Finn. Paul has kindly donated the £40 back to the U14 Squad. A lovely gesture, thanks Paul.

Cul Camp 2017 - is taking place in our Club on Monday 3rd July to Friday 7th July. Nursery Camp, for those who will finish P1 and P2 in June, is 10am to 12.30pm. The older children goes on to 2.30pm. This is a message from the Cul Camp Co-ordinator, Niall Magee - All Nursery Camp children must be registered through the Club, do not register online. Forms to be filled in and returned with £25.00 cash to myself. There is no concession for 2 siblings in Nursery Camp. I would ask that all others should be registered online please. This will be a Euro charge and it depends on the Euro rate at the time. Online Registration can take place up until Friday 30th June at 12pm. All others can still register up until Monday 3rd July, but I would ask for this to be done before that. The gear is the same sizes as last year, so be aware of that when choosing the size. Forms are available in the Park on Fridaynight at 7.15pm, Saturday at 12pm and Sunday at 3pm.Any questions email [email protected]

Well Done - to all the lads and especially to our players, Ronan Blair, Ronan Murphy and Padraig Doran. And to coach Mick Blair. The lads have put the work in and are getting the results.

Club Charities 2017 - the committee have chosen WE CANCERVIVE and AWARE NI, as the 2 Charities the club will support this year. These organisations support the 2 biggest illnesses in our country. Thanks in advance to all those who have or will donate.

Changing Rooms - must be kept clean and tidy, it is the responsibility of all managers and players to adhere to these rules. Thank you.

Season Tickets - are now available at £30.00. This will be for Senior and Intermediate Camogie, Senior and Intermediate Hurling. If you don't have a Season Ticket you must pay at the gate.
