FUNDAMENTALS - continues every Saturday at 3 - 4pm in the Sports Centre. This is for P0 to P3 girls and boys. New members are very welcome. It will be £1, bring a bottle of water, stick and helmet.

PORTS DO STRICTLY COME DANCING - on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th February. The dancing and practicing is near complete, and once again great shows are guaranteed.  A massive thank you to all the dancers for their hard work, time and effort. They deserve massive support on the 2 nights. It is for over 18s only. Tickets for the Saturday night show are SOLD OUT. There are still tickets available for the Friday night show, £12 per ticket, these can be purchased in the Rock Bakery.

 

PENINSULA BUS COURSE - with the new season underway, we will be putting our coaches and managers through the Bus Course. Anyone who is interested, please email [email protected] Tuesday 28th February. 

 

INTERMEDIATE CAMOGIE MANAGER - anyone who would be interested in this role for 2017, please speak to Brian McNally. There are a lot of good young players in our club, please help them. 

 

NEW MEMBERSHIP FEES - can be viewed on Facebook and the Club Website. There is an increased amount, as agreed at the AGM. 

 

REGISTRATION DAY - is on Sunday 5thMarch from 1pm to 3pm. This is an opportunity for parents to get their children registered, pay the membership and speak to the managers of the teams. Please avail of this opportunity. 

 

CHILD WELFARE AND PROTECTION COURSE - is on Monday 20th February at 7pm in our Clubhouse. This is to be attended by all new coaches and helpers, along with those already in place in either coaching or committee positions. A list of who needs to renew the course is in the clubhouse. We will attempt to contact all persons to make them aware. 

 

PRIMARY SCHOOL DISCO - on Thursday 16th March at 7.30pm to 9pm. Everyone welcome, there will be prizes for best dressed in green for St Patricks Day. Everyone welcome, £2 per child.

 

DOWN CLUB DRAW - tickets are now available from any committee member. The club must take 24 tickets, so it would be great if members will purchase these. £10.00 per month. 

 

KEYS - any club members with keys for the clubhouse please return to Paud Mason ASAP. We are looking to re-allocate and update the register.
