Well done to our Scór na nÓg competitors Connee Flanagan and Dualta Pickering in the East Down final at St John's on Sunday. The Ceili Dance act unfortunately had to withdraw due to unforeseen circumstances. Connee and Dualta were both in the Recitation category with Connee giving a superb performance to win first place and progress to the All County Final to be held in Banbridge at 3.30 pm this Sunday.

*Our Coaching Officer, Gerard Lenaghan, was one of 120 coaches who attended the Coaching Clinic hosted by St Columbans, Kilkeel last Saturday morning. It was a very well organised event.

*The club will have four representatives at the East Down Awards in the Burrendale this Saturday evening.

*The AGM will be held in the Kilmegan Centre this Sunday at earlier than advertised time of 1 pm due to the club's Scor involvement.

*The Adult Awards & Dinner Dance will be held on Saturday 28th November in the Mourne Golf Club with a 7.30 pm start. The tickets are £25 each (£15 for minors over 16). *The annual Santa Sunday will be held Sunday 6th December.

*The club are seeking to fill the positions of manager of their senior mens & senior ladies football teams. Expression of interest in either position should be sent to [email protected] no later than Sunday 29 November 2015.*Good luck to our U-14 players Cathal, Shea, Ruari, Conor, Morgan & Peter who are part of the St Malachy's High School Squad that will play Loretto, Coleraine in the quarter final of the Loch an Iuir Cup.
