FOOTBALL
U12 Football
The first league game of the year was postponed due to waterlogged pitch. The boys had prepared for their first league game with a challenge match v Cullyhanna on Friday evening at home. The managers agreed to play three periods allowing the players to experience various positions and the big attendance of parents cheered on the home side to a resounding victory. The Management would like to thank John Norris for stepping in to referee and Daniel Brannigan for umpire duties.
Team: Ronan Mathews, James Brannigan, Conor Grant, Oisin Logan, Luke Fitzpatrick, Max Dursley, Patrick Cowan, Shane Close, Conor McCumiskey, Will Kelly, Aaron Norris, Dan Rafferty, Joey O'Hare.

LADIES FOOTBALL
U12 LGFA V Bosco
The U12 girls started their league campaign on Sunday morning to play Bosco.  The game was played  on St Colman's 3G pitch. Every girl played the full game and performed brilliantly against the wind in the first half leading 0-6 to 0-4 at the break. They went on to win the match 0-10 to 0-6. The victory was all the sweeter as six of the girls were playing their first U12 match.
Thanks to everyone who made the effort on such a bad morning.
Team: Grace Clancy, Rhiannon McKeown, Codie McArdle, Ellen Shields, Tierna Savage, Aoife Quinn, Blaithin Shields, Ellen McKay, Aoife Mccusker, Orlaith  Mccusker, Una Fearon, Aoife Trainor, Caoimhe McEvoy

HURLING
Ulster Hurling League - Clonduff 1-9 v CPN 0-13
Clonduff Hurlers were beaten by a single point at home on Sunday afternoon. It was a very close and well contested game with plenty of passion though it tended to boil over at times - a soft free awarded to the Warrenpoint side deep into injury time gifted them the win.
Team: Niall Quinn, Jamie Lowry, Danny Nugent, JJ Gilmore, Declan Rooney, Conor Tumilty, Shane Murray, Sean Downey, Andy Quinn, John Murphy, Mark Downey, Patrick Branagan, David Quinn, Liam McParlan, Christopher young.

CAMOGIE
Pan Celtic Games
The U16 Camogie team travelled to Derry to take part in the Pan Festival of Sport and Culture. The weather was very inclement with hailstones and wind but the girls had a great time.
