Well done to all the Ladies from the Gaelic for Mothers and Others . They undertook a gruelling training session on the Sand Dunes at Murlough on Tuesday evening . A dip in the tide afterwards soon soothed all the aching limbs . Thanks to Declan for all his patience time and for driving the minibus.
