The u10 footballers enjoyed a good game with Longstone.

In the Senior Camogie in Liatroim, we lost 1-5 to 1-15, a poor performance all round.

In the rearranged u12 Gaelic An Ríocht v Clann Na Banna, we won 1-14 to 1-4.

In the Senior Gaelic Longstone v An Ríocht, we lost 0-14 to 1-9, no matter the opposition it takes a good team to win 13 against 15.

At the u12 Camogie An Ríocht v Dromara, we lost 1-3 to 2-1 but there were plenty of positives going forward with signs of progress very evident. Team: Sarah Higgins, Anna Quinn, Aoife Rooney, Shannon Trainor, Mya Campbell, Alex Donnelly, Olivia Fegan, Cliona Finnegan, Sarah Hughes, Annie McAleenan, Molly Sloan, Shayna Sloan, Annalise White.

Well done to An Ríocht u12 footballers Ryan Campbell (St Colmans PS) and Matthew Speers (Grange PS) who played at half time in the Ulster Championship match in Newry on Sunday.

The An Ríocht 5 Year Development Plan 2019-2023 was launched at Dunavil on Tuesday following lengthy consultation with members and thanks to all those who engaged along the way. This sets out goals for the club on and off the pitch in areas such as coaching and games; governance, structures and administration; finance and fundraising; facilities; communications and culture. Anyone who would like a copy can collect one from the office.

On Thursday an Ulster GAA delegation attended the club for our Club Maith accreditation visit and after viewing our policies and procedures and camogie and football coaching sessions and a walk about they were happy to renew our Gold Standard.

A group of young people from KYC enjoyed a residential at East Coast Adventure over the weekend including completing the Cloughmore Trail with a visit to the big stone, zip-lining, archery, night trail and other team building activities; thanks to the youth leaders for giving their time and the young people for their good behaviour.

0n Tuesday 4th June there will be a mental health initiative launched at Dunavil, there should be no other activities arranged between 7pm and 8pm that night and all coaches and mentors should attend.

Please can everyone interested come along to the club on Saturday 22nd June for 11:30am. We would like as many as possible to attend wearing their club colours. It is also important for coaches to attend and encourage the teams to come along for the making of a promotional video.
