Naomh Adhamhnáin club notes

September 25, 2018

The Seniors and Reserves travelled to Glenties on Sunday. The Seniors face a must win game to advance to the quarter-finals of the 2018 Senior Championship but came up short with a first half goal for the hosts proving the difference at the end with N. Conaill joining Gaoth Dobhair in the next round on a score of 1-09 to 0-09. The Reserves had already booked their passage to the knockout stages as they too went down to defeat – their first of the season – and they have been paired with Four Masters in their quarter-final tie.

The Junior men turned in a super first-half display, also against N. Conaill in their Senior C Championship semi-final and held firm against a stiff breeze in the second period to advance to the final and a meeting with Glenfin on a score of 5-10 to 0-10. Day, time and venue tbc.

The Senior Ladies season ended on Sunday without a ball being kicked after Buncrana were unable to field.
