We have lost Conor Gillespie Shane O'Rourke Kevin Reilly all through persistent injury's! David Dalton and Young both walked away from County panel ! Centrefield is a massive problem for us. We really need Young Harry Rooney back, and Gillespie is a massive loss. If we had 2 lads like that it would be half the battle. Mickey Newman seemed to be low on confidence but he has loads of ability. O Sullivan must be a doubt for next week, did not look right from the off and got a bang on the nose near halftime, McEntee looked in a fair bit of pain when taken off. I was thinking the same thing myself, when Eamon Wallace broke into the team in 2013 he was electric. 3 from play in his first champo game, 2 against the Dubs and 1-3 against Tyrone. Royaldunnes words.. that doesn't matter to some, they want instant success, after loosing 2 league games some calling for heads. Lucky they only twinkle in eye when Sean had his first few years. I am just making the point about the poor performances so far and I'm getting silly replys about how people wanted rid of Boylan !
