Par for the course from that poster.

Its good that posters have different opinions-the tread would be pretty boring if we all had the same opinions being posted all the time, even though that is what some may like. Some guys feel hurt when someone gives an entirely different opinion or indeed a different comment. What is negative to one person may not be to another and interpretation may be subjective. Now RD says: 'players knowing they will be petrified of going into dressing room after match' will make them better players- I would disagree with that point - quite a few players on the team last year performed as if they were afraid to make mistakes- everybody makes mistakes it is just that the good players make a lot less of them.

Is there any need for that really?

Not sure who the main S and C coach is but I know he has a young lad from my club in helping out with it, Tony O Leary

I heard his new S&C coach is this guy, John Coghlan.

The biggest mistake was appointing someone who hadn't a clue about management to that position in first place, it was unfair on the players, it was unfair on the supporters but most of all it was unfair on him personally, as a nice man it is a shame that ge will go down in history as the worst Meath manager ever, very hard to take for a proud Meath man. As much as I am delighted he is gone. On a personal level I feel very sore for the man. He should never have been put in that position by cb

Has training started yet? If it has anyone know any newcomers to the panel?

A new keeper would be a sensible addition to the current squad, preferably one that can execute a good short kickout and not prone to mistakes.

Andy had Robbie in goals in 2012. No surprise if he brings him in

Uniflu hopefully.
At least then we'd be able to wear the jersey for the Hurling and the football.

Would you not be better buying both? A good way of supporting county, and what about the ladies, who is sponsoring them?

It doesn't matter who the new sponsor is - I'm still going to be wearing the Kepak jersey. They may bury me in it!

Won't need to if Uniflu do become the main sponsor of the football and Hurling.
