Irish Down Under..
Probably one of the greatest blunders in the history of our CB. To think that they shafted him from his role as minor manager. He should have been allowed to serve 3rd year with minor set-up, progress to a 1/2 year stint with U21's and straight into Senior manager...

Exactly I couldn't agree more.. My own club had the same problem.. There was zero structures in place for the development of teams from u16 to senior. after minor it was a case of you went to senior or thanks for the effort.. lads just dropped the football for the hurling and soccer. it took the club being relegated back to intermediate after 60 years in senior. Its the same as the county.. structures need to be in place for the youth to come through and to be developed by a core group of people, but unfortunately in Meaths case its a case of too little too late.

jackhackett Ok yes I was aware of some of reason but dis seem excessive to me. The difference Between Dublin and Meath. Dublin will only have about to places to fill on there first game of league. But with us we are all over the place after 4 years. Anyway maybe its just worrying/strange to me.
