No I'm not being one bit unfair. No one has told me what team any of these men coached. Because they have not. Never questioned Boylan"s work with the county team . yes I am questioning his appointment to this position and the work done in it. Nobody has addressed the issue of the coaching and development officer on this panel. Surely he is elected by the county delegates to oversee things like this. Yet he has no involvement at all. Now that's strange. As for the Kerry Dublin or Tyrone models. They revolve around regional development teams not just one.
