Royaldunne you said last week on the main forum that you'd happily take Jason Ryan. Well you will have a great chance shortly. He's just the man you need, broke several records for us. Went freefall from div 1 to div 3,.FIrst time we lost all our home league games. 9 defections from team. The icing, the two biggest beatings in our history and this in the space of a few weeks. We'll do a swap with you?

Conleth at least he managed to get you to quarters and beat cork along the way. We been waiting to get to last 8 for 3 years under mod (this has been his sole goal) and failed at every attempt, also our lad has inflicted the highest defeat ever to dubs, first ever looses to Tyrone (twice) Armagh and the worst of them all to Westmeath after a 130 years. Add to that loses to Roscommon, draws to Laois after been in total control, 3 unmerciful hammerings to Monaghan, yet i guarantee you if we had beat cork mod and his disciples on here would insist he gets another 5 years.
I actually think both are of same level with Ryan slightly ahead as he has the better championship record.

Maybe the two of them will take over from Gavin...

Royaldunne JR had little or nothing to do with beating Cork the players themselves are running the show.

No manager in their right mind will take us on. The level of expectation considering the talent pool we have available to us is crazy.

Conleth,

Cop on to yourself. JR managed the team that bet Cork and also won 3 other championship games this year. He will be let go and rightfully so after yesterday but some of those players who basked in the glory of beating Cork need to take a look at themselves too.

What happend yesterday wasn't good enough on anyones behalf.

I think we will be looking at a club manager from Kildare.

Conleth our problems are more than management, but that been said he has added to the problem.
I honestly don't know where we go from here, at least you got hammered by Kerry, we had a 14 point turnaround to a very average Westmeath team.
If im honest i think Kildare will have the cop on to replace management and see if a cleaning of the decks helps, i have a funny feeling we will still have mod at start of O'Byrne. The definition of stupidity is doing the exact same thing expecting different outcome.

O'Dowd and Ryan for dubs :). Id love to see that, both Kildare and Meath would contest Leinster final year after year.

Daytona you go back into your defeatist little world where we have no underage despite recent Leinsters in minor and under 21, no talent coming through and no talent on current team and finally, said Ryan should get another year! Thats some way to improve things.Who needs the cop on ??

KIldare have underachieved massively with the current squad we need a good manager to realise the potential coming through.

Conleth whatever you think about Ryan your attitude and many other kildare fans attitude and abuse of the man has been sickening.

I have no doubt that we can be a decent second tier team next year, like we were this year, but some fans need to take their heads out of their holes and smell the coffee. This current mess stems from the previous management and money thrown at that setup and having shag all to show for those 6 years except a bank balance in the red. We don't have the money to attract a "good" manager.

The players as much as Ryan need to shoulder the blame for that drivel yesterday.

But lets be fair, 7 days turnaround didn't help.

Think you two boys should stick to the Kildare page to discuss JR
