Ya Biggy is a top top player, but needs to do it when the going gets tough. You usually know what type of game he will have after about 10mins.. ziggy32001 (Meath) - Posts: 8354 - 06/06/2015 08:47:38 1733050 Link 0 |
Also as it stands, k Reilly, Gillespie, Newman and SOR are the only confirmed unavailable for next Sunday. Everybody else ok. Kevin Reilly is a great player with a great attitude, but,he has had some awful tough to shake off injuries.Has had a back injury for a long time and now his hip.Very tough on him,and his dedicating may come back to haunt him in later life.. ziggy32001 (Meath) - Posts: 8354 - 06/06/2015 14:26:15 1733156 Link 0 |
Gillespie is not precautionary as stated above he had a small op on his knee,I wish lads would only comment on facts not stuff they hear on the grape vine Header33 (Meath) - Posts: 233 - 06/06/2015 15:06:04 1733168 Link 0 |

You mis interpreted what I meant regards Kevin Reilly, I meant he has had that many different injuries that God only knows which one is acting up. You should have asked what I meant rather then assuming I was questioning his dedication..I'm a big fan of Reilly and he's badly needed southmeathgael (Meath) - Posts: 889 - 06/06/2015 17:39:41 1733227 Link 0 |
It was 2-16 to 2-15 or something along them lines ziggy. No team unfortunately, hardly too get info of these county lads, very tight lipped southmeathgael (Meath) - Posts: 889 - 06/06/2015 17:43:08 1733230 Link 0 |
According to Martin McHugh,Laois are the team with the best footballers in Leinster outside of Dublin.. Based on what one wonders? ziggy32001 (Meath) - Posts: 8354 - 06/06/2015 19:39:41 1733304 Link 0 |
He also said they've they best record against Dublin in recent years...he's a ham that lad. Lazy journalism. southmeathgael (Meath) - Posts: 889 - 06/06/2015 19:56:11 1733313 Link 0 |
Martin McHugh has a big chip on his shoulder when it comes to meath, wasn't too long ago he was saying all the meath players were gone soft meathalltheway (Meath) - Posts: 789 - 06/06/2015 21:01:43 1733350 Link 0 |

Nobody's bigging up our team...it's more stating how McHugh is factually incorrect, laois havnt got too a Leinster semi final, yes Leinster semi final, in 5 years and we have been in 4 of the last 5 winning one. It's a ridiculous assessment of the Leinster championship by a man that clearly hasn't been following much of it. Yea they put it up too Dublin last year and ended up losing by 11, does that qualify them as 2nd best in Leinster? If so then yes...our province is in big trouble southmeathgael (Meath) - Posts: 889 - 07/06/2015 12:50:52 1733466 Link 0 |
