Meath, Kildare in Leinster cannot pick from Senior Clubs and Cork and Kerry in Munster not sure about Galway or Mayo in the West all the rest that bother to enter can pick from anyone who did not play Senior Inter County in 2015 and i presume 2014

good game Meath far better team in the first half but Wexford were better in the second half they missed a sitter of a goal with five minutes left and looked to have missed their chance. They struck late for the win though, and as you said thats football
