St.Pats v Ballinlough - The Lough to cause a mild upset ziggy32001 (Meath) - Posts: 8354 - 24/04/2015 18:26:48 1717233 Link 0 |
Simonstown were muck last night. I only got the second half, I know they were ahead at half time and someone said the were lucky to be as Kells missed a great goal chance and conceded what they would consider a soft goal. They were outscored something like 2-6 to 0-2 while I was there. Kells lads won every breaking ball and defended like their lives depended on it. I know it's early days but with that performance together with round one, they really need to get their act together or they could be in big trouble Goldstar (Meath) - Posts: 52 - 25/04/2015 09:18:49 1717282 Link 0 |
Few suprises last night Kells winning but again I suggested a close one with Pats v Lough and again I was right with the result just falling against me glenny (Meath) - Posts: 1108 - 25/04/2015 11:28:50 1717312 Link 0 |
Goldstar saying Simonstown were muck is a complement. They were worse (begins with s and ends in t).New thinking needed as players appear to have no pride in the jersey.Second best all over the pitch, Poormouth (Meath) - Posts: 204 - 25/04/2015 11:59:23 1717327 Link 0 |

Looks to be between NOM and Don/Ash for championship honors this year folks. Simonstown showing a worrying lack of leadership so far. Cant see the Tones or Dunboyne going the whole way while Summerswill seem to have taken a few steps back. 5thProvince (Meath) - Posts: 8 - 27/04/2015 13:31:55 1717957 Link 0 |

would agree with you there 5th province about 'the hillers', far too reliant on gillespie around the middle. however na fianna could yet prove the suprise package of the SFC. Ultimately though I can already see the headlines in the chrono come third week in October. "Brews Hill men reign again". Perhaps I'm wrong but it's difficult to see a challenger coming out of the chasing pack. On another note, sad to see the decline of the once mighty seneschalstown. Can see them becoming involved in the dreaded relegation dogfight. (junior B team going strongly I might add). mclovin96 (Meath) - Posts: 40 - 27/04/2015 14:36:38 1718029 Link 0 |
