(1)winners A versus winners of play off(3rd in group B&C)
(2)winners B versus runner up C
(3)winners C versus 3rd place A
(4)runner up A versus runner up B

Semi finals winners 1 versus 4
winners 2 versus 3

I think thats the way it works.

Ratoath V bracks q/f ??????

While glenny is still predicting winners and lutches bracks are starting to come good I've a bold prediction to make,
Here goes it's early in the year yet but I think nobber is a great bet to win the intermediate this year..

Tonight's games caught by surprise it's a big game for both clubs Ultans should have won last week but self imploded Ballivorr seem disinterested this year. Ballivor got a right hiding from Dunderry that will either spur them on or have them throw their hands in the air. Ultans sending offs will hamper them but I think they will win

Ultans to beat Ballivor, they should have beaten Castletown only for the 2 sending offs, and Ballivor as you say don't seem overly interested this year, I'd imagine their player may be more focused on the hurling this year!!

Although easily bet by the daddies last week, I'd fancy the Ultans against a shook looking Ballivor outfit

That was a shock last night no doubt. Ah, the intermediate championship. More twists and turns than the road to Oldcastle.

Nobber vs Cortown: Nobber by 4. Nobber going well this year and should top this group. Cortown will like the tight pitch in Carnaross and should be a bruising encounter but Nobber will have too much fire power.
Kilmainham vs St. Michaels: Interesting encounter here. I expected much more from St. Michaels in the first round so hard to know where they stand, this year. Fancy St. Michaels by the minimum in a low scoring affair.
Colmcilles vs Oldcastle: Colmcilles by 5. Very few teams can stop Colmcilles in the group stages of the competition, but it's the knockout stages where they struggle. Oldcastle were fortunate against Drumbaragh but luck won't prevent a loss here.
Drumbaragh vs Syddan: This game has a draw written all over it. Last year's meeting of the teams was a very one sided affair but can't see that happening again. Both teams have dangerous forwards so should be a high scoring affair.
Castletown vs Ratoath: Castletown on their day can beat anyone in Intermediate.......anyone that is, apart from Ratoath. Ratoath have too many talented footballers for this grade and should be beating Castletown by 6+...with goals aplenty.

Nobber v Cortown - not as easy as people will think, but Nobber should shade it
Kilmainham v St.Michaels - tough call,I will go for the Kells-sih club
St.Colmcilles v Oldcastle - the Cillies to win
Drumbaragh v Syddan - Syddan, but not very impressive last time out
Castletown v Ratoath - Cannot go against Ratoath

St.Colmcilles v Oldcastle ..... Oldcastle snuck a win last day, Colmcilles look good to me and if they can put their up and down preformances of other years behind them they can win here... Big test for the Cilles
Drumbaragh v Syddan.... This is a battle royale Drumbaragh need to win Syddan struggled over a poor Longwood side. Drumbaragh might win
Castletown v Ratoath... The one everyone dreads, Are Ratoath as good as the Trim score suggests ... maybe... Are Castletown over the top... Maybe.. We lucky. v Ultans and they got some hiding Thursday... Everything points to an easy Ratoath victory but Castletown are Castletown. lat week I went with my Heart dont want it broken so I go with the Head. Ratoath

Intermediate predictions
St colmcilles v oldcastle
This will be a tough test for the cilles, oldcastle are strong down the middle,it will be tight till last 10 mins then cilles will pull away and win by 5 or 6
Castletown v ratoath
A bit of a no brainier here, think Castletown are an ageing team where as ratoath are only coming through, hope conditions slow ratoath down otherwise Castletown could be in for a 10 points plus defeat
Syddan v drumbaragh
This game last year was men against boys don't think it will be the same this time around, drums are improving but i heard when the going got tough last week they were found wanting they can't afford that this week..draw

Ratoath won by 7!! Lost composure when O'Brien went off, followed by McMahon!! MoM would either been Boyle or young McCabe to great performances by both players

Hope the intermediate championship doesn't develop into a farce with ratoath winning it that handily. Would like to see the likes of Dudley Farrell's Nobber put up a good fight or the men from syddan perhaps.

7 point win for Ratoath was flattering. It was level at half time and two quick goals in the second half killed the contest off. I'd be worried about our inability (more or less) to kick long range points.

And a final word: if anything proves that you should never give up on a ball, it was the Castletown goal. High ball looked for all the world to be going wide before the Castletown forward somehow got his boot to it on the end line and it looped over the keeper.
