Trim not the only one with problems with the 2 codes I hear Dunderry is having problems with getting out a team in the Hurling surprise considering they are in Senior this year

Did Dunderry ever appoint a hurling manager

Not convinced about them either...seem to have the players but for whatever reason can never seem to realise this potential! Castletown comfortably

Trim v Dunderry. Dunderry won well last week, Trim lost well last week, I think Trim will recover but not by enough Dunderry to edge it

St Ultans v Castletown; I went for the Daddies last week and will go for them again

Longwood v Ballinabrackey; Longwood rattled up a middling Syddan team, Bracks fell to a good Cilles side, Bracks to pickup the points

Clan na Gael v Don/Ash; Both lost last week Geraghty a big loss to Clan, Don/Ash have a fair side but Clan should just about win

Clons were lacking Geraghtys trademark guile alright. I agree fully with you, the Daddies will have their belts out for the Ultans!

Not exactly sure what you mean by the bit of dinner or the daddies will have their belt out but im presuming youre talking about the quality of Ultans, seen them a few times last year, good young side but have a very slow full back line and that could cost them at this grade, tipping them for the relegation players

Trim v Dunderry - Dunderry should take confidence from their last game and win this..

St.Ultans v Castletown - Castletown should win this

Longwood v Ballinabracky - Longwood nearly surprised last week, but Ballinabracky will be in determined mood, they will win.

Clann Na Gael v D/Ash - tough call! I will go for Ash

Castletown V Ultans last night was a very poor game Castletown ended up winning by 2 points but Ultans had 2 men send of after about 15 min in to second half.
I can't see any of these two in the frame when things get serious.

Desperate game of football, was more like watching a Junior B game! Ultans looked good in the first half but even 15 v 15 they faded badly and when the two were sent off Castletown were always going to win. God knows what Ratoath will do to them!

Last minute smash and grab by Trim. One point win with a goal and a point in injury time. Opens up the group a bit.

i know its a long way away but does anyone know what way the knockout draw works ??

e.g who does the top 3 teams in A play in knockouts etc etc

thelutch (Meath) - Posts: 1047 - 19/04/2015 13:08:22    1715411

Thelutch the way it works is the top 3 from group A automatically qualify for quaternary finals the top two in group B and C and the third place teams in them groups play a preliminary quaternary final is normally how it works

Good reply from Ballinabrackey, very impressive score racked up. I thought Dunderry might have been a side to beat this year but judging how they folded in the last few minutes v Trim I would be sceptical. That group really is going to be tight now. Any matches today?

2 out of 4 but I think I will give myself 3 as Trim staged a robbery buy if you read my post closely you can clearly see I hinted at that
