Physical training is one thing meath can do all the physical training in the world but this is futile and pointless without a defensive system which you will need to implement before you can start thinking about an attacking system meath footballers don't have either system. A very poor armagh team Knocked out meath at the quarter final stage last season but armagh beat meath because they had a very well organised defensive system which ran donegal very close meath are playing 10 years past there sell by date

To be fair,Biggy was very poor all year and their were SERIOUS question marks over his attitude,he needed to be dropped,I doubt he would have performed had he not being dropped. It is up to him whether he starts next year or not,I actually think next year is a huge year for him.. Sink or Swim..

I reckon its a huge year next year for Meath senior football, people seem to be stating we are a work in progress the last few years, sooner or later we have to step up to the plate !

Sob. Yes this is the defining year. For both management ( will be gone if no improvement) and about 5/6 players k Reilly g Reilly, sor , brays, and those players who have been around for 5 years plus.

Players are needed who can be atletic and get round the field,I think SOR is a very good footballer, but due to bad injuries has lost his confidence a bit.He cannot really get round the field. We need midfielders who can do this,I think only Conor Gillespie(out of the big men) can do this.Meade,SOR cannot and its a bit early for Flanagan.

Not sure if SOR cuts the mustard.

I think he is a little slow to get round the field etc,and the injuries have done him no good, perhaps as a sub option at FF

Agree Ziggy. Useful option as sub for ff. That said I think wardy might offer more from the bench.
