Doesn't always work like that, Geraldines in Louth won minor after minor but never made any impact at adult level cowardlyasafox (Meath) - Posts: 209 - 12/11/2014 08:56:33 1671652 Link 0 |

I see Trim beat Ratoath yesterday in the U21 Hurling Semi Final. Trim hurling is on the rise once again. Ratoath for all there boasting dont have a lot to show for it! Or maybe there not as good at the small ball game as they think they are! With the big population in Ratoath they are not actually bursting at the seems with hurlers as one might suspect they should be. BigJoe14 (Meath) - Posts: 935 - 17/11/2014 14:40:27 1672846 Link 0 |
bigjoe, this is a football thread. dubsout (Meath) - Posts: 220 - 17/11/2014 16:13:54 1672884 Link 0 |
Great to see Trim get to another final but there was only a point in it and I wouldnt be writing off Ratoath just yet. Trim have a greater hurling tradition and the players were competing at the latter stages of the SHC so that had to stand to them. trim1 (Meath) - Posts: 162 - 17/11/2014 16:50:36 1672904 Link 0 |
ziggy Ronan Jones Thomas O'Reilly, I assume you mean Thomas?, are both eligible for minor next year so you can rule them out for U21. Toney (Meath) - Posts: 298 - 17/11/2014 18:03:32 1672921 Link 0 |
BigJoe, tell us what "boasting" Ratoath have done. I don't expect a response from you to be honest. Chances are you're the usual type of poster that hurls out random uneducated crap at Ratoath and then high tails it when you're called up on it. I see it all the time here. here lets not forget that o'mahonys minor team of last year won u15,u16 and u17 at their age. and i was at there game vs simionstown and noticed some players who played meath under age with myself not even getting a game. so i personally fear them just as much as the most overrated team of all time dun_boyne95 (Meath) - Posts: 1 - 18/11/2014 11:41:31 1672998 Link 0 |
Ah Dunboyne aren't that overrated are they? Ratoath Royal (Meath) - Posts: 1362 - 18/11/2014 13:23:57 1673027 Link 0 |
