Highking couldn't disagree more. While I'd be over the moon to get promoted I'd be delighted not to get relegated, tipp and Cavan will be no push overs ,Kildare could easily get a result against us , galway in tuam will be no gimme also down in newry. I potentially see trouble ahead. We could easily find ourselves back in div 3 if not careful.

Ye I'd agree with you there royaldunne, there's going to be nothing easy about div2 for us next year. I'd love for us to be promoted aswell obviously but we face a lot of tricky tests away plus a handful of local derbies which are never easy. Maybe I'm tempting fate a bit but I just get the feeling we won't be relegated if I'm honest but we could finish absolutely anywhere from 1st to 8th either, it's very hard to call with us at the minute.

Unless there is a dramatic improvement in Key management skills we will definately not be promoted. For this year these management skills were sadly missing..Fitness,teamwork, team spirit, game plan, reading the game from sideline etc., etc., In simple. How can you expect a different outcome by doing the same thing that brought failure this year??? Wonder has Micko learned anything from this years flop? Maybe !!

Well that's it nobull, if you do what you've always done then you'll get what you've always got, so hopefully MOD will learn from this year and change things about a bit.

We will get 4 home games next year. 2015 is the 2nd of a 2 year cycle, and in each cycle you get 7 home matches. Since we got 3 in 2014 we have to have 4 in 2015.

Htaem I think it is more than just "changing things about". Seems to me as if he has to learn the basics of team management to a large extent, and then IMPLEMENT those newly aquired skills. Seems like a tall order, and wonder if it is possible without the assistance of an experienced person who is willing and accepted to act as a mentor in the short term at least.??

I think we have to get 4 home games. That been said if as Htaem and nobull we don't change things around we can't expect different outcome.
Games against galway and down will probably be away as they were home games last year. I'd hope another away game would be Westmeath and the remainder at home. Still nothing easy but that would give us breathing room in relegation battle, I still doubt we'd get promotion but always the optimist I live in hope.
