If the game is played in Croke park it increases our chances of winning. That said we struggle badly against Ulster teams and armgagh have got the wind at their backs. Hard to be confident after yesterday but if we can regroup and steady the ship we have a chance Meathmen (Meath) - Posts: 73 - 21/07/2014 13:59:04 1622928 Link 0 |
Will be coming up against the blanket defence, so need players who can score from out the field, should start the two Brays, Newman at midfield is an interesting choice, but maybe not for this game. Hope its in Croker, don't fancy playing in Ulster venue. Hyde Park an option seadog54 (Meath) - Posts: 2152 - 21/07/2014 14:22:54 1622959 Link 0 |
Armagh were relegated to div3 this year, I know that beat us this year put I dont think we should be afraid of them. If anything its atta (Meath) - Posts: 698 - 21/07/2014 14:28:23 1622969 Link 0 |
If the in is in croker I would see it as an advantage to meath. I reckon we could exploit the space a good deal and punish armagh. Jinxie (Meath) - Posts: 6346 - 21/07/2014 14:41:55 1622986 Link 0 |
I say it could be a double header in croke park. However the games next week are a double header in o connor park.. which could mean a double header in breffni perhaps? Royalio11 (Meath) - Posts: 757 - 21/07/2014 14:57:34 1623013 Link 0 |

Hard to disagree with what's been said earlier. We need to tweak the team with an eye for next year but also give this game our best shot. Armagh will be physical and I think McMahon and Joey Wallace are players for the future but not this one. trim1 (Meath) - Posts: 162 - 21/07/2014 15:50:12 1623096 Link 0 |
