I really hope the bracks do win it and I'm not been disrespectful to bal either as they are a fine club, but this would be the pinnacle for a club like bracks.

Shatter its hardly suprising that Ballinlough half forward line accumulated six points from play, Castletowns half back line was non existant in Navan Saturday eveining as it was against St Colmcilles in the quarters the week previous, only we decided to shoot for goals on sight.

Did Ballinabrackey change manager mid season? Why did Brendan Darby leave the job?

Looking forward to going having a look at this final would have to say having seen both teams this year i can only see one outcome with a Ballinlough victory the lads have really pulled together in the last number of months and I really cannot see bracks stopping them, the lough have been very consistent and really have the momentum now to go back up senior . they have strong men and scoring forwards cannot see them being stopped .

The Bracks have nothing to fear from Ballinlough, Castletown threw the game away in the first half when with 10 minutes to go till half time they set up their stalls in the Ballinlough half and kicked 7 atrocious wides . At that point they were by far the better team but kicked scorable opportunities away , 50% of which were taken by half backs that were in the Ballinlough half of the pitch for most of the last ten minutes of the half . instead of giving the ball into the proven scorers. And as stated in other areas of this forum the half back line for Castletown was non existent as a defensive unit . Ballinlough did win the game , but not because they were the better team , but because Castletown did not produce the form that saw them overcome a very potent St Colmcilles team in Rathkenny the week before , they scored some delightful scores from play . It may have been the most unfortunate thing that Joey Carry scored the winner against St Colmcilles , because it appears that the Castletown defence all thought they had golden boots on at the end of the first half . . The Bracks on their performances so far this year should have enough in the tank to lift the Inter . ... An Mhi Abu

hopefully ballinlough produce the goods today they would be best suited to play senior with a good group of young players as well as the experience of peader kevin devine, benji smith, podge muldoon. Ballinabrackey arent as strong as people make out with a weak full back line kevin darby is on his last legs and will be exposed by the ballinloughs pace inside.

Great win for ballinlough and fully deserved. Great spirit shown in the last quarter. Hard luck to ballinabracky but the best team certainly won on it.

After seeing Ballinlough last season, the last place I thought they'd be this season was winning the IFC. Congrats to them.
Did Ballinabrackey underperform? Thought they would have enough but was slightly worried for them when seeing their celebrations after the semi final win.

Congratulations to Ballinlough. Some run they are on. Who is to say they can't do a clean sweep of league, cup and championship
