went to the newton - drumragh game yesterday and was quite surprised and impressed with drumragh. They really should have won the game had they taken the chances they had. newton seem to be a team on the way down and totally rely on gallagher to do everything for them. drumragh had big quinn back in midfield which really gave them a boast. Descent game as well and i think the ref booked the same newton man twice but he managed to stay on the pitch!!

Surely Brackaville are the team to beat Dungannon and the team to win the league??

Do you mean the player or the referee? . Didn't think the big Quinn fella was one to boast much. Thought he was a quiet enough lad. Think both of these teams are on the 'descent' right enough.

If you look at the last 2/3 seasons in Division 3, league winners I think only lost 1 league game. With the league moving on quickly at this early stage it can only be between Dungannon Clarkes, Brackaville and outside chance Killyman if they can manage to go on an unbeaten run of games.

Can't look beyond Dungannon this year they seem to have built an almost entire new look young extremely fit team and last years campaign will stand them well and would be surprised if I see them drop more than a couple of league points if any in the league. They have a number of different no fuss match winners which I think over the years they didn't have. There biggest challenge I believe is how they will cope if  it is physically/mentally put up to them this is the only way I think the Clarkes could slip up as was found out  last year in a certain league & championship encounter, have they learned?

If teams go out and play football against this Clarkes team there will only be one clear winner.

League Winners: Dungannon 6+ points (Brackaville run won't last / Killyman to inconsistent)

Championship: Dungannon

Id say Brackaville won't be far away....think they'll give Dungannon all they want especially when its at Brackaville..... Good result for them on Sunday... Couple of years ago Brackaville wouldnt of sneaked a win against Aghaloo!! Theyre coming on well!! Think they have Tattyreagh this week which wont be easy!

lol i guess my English teacher is right - my spelling is awful.
Thanks for pointing it out to me. The ref booked the newton no 10 twice - as the player was walking off the pitch he realised the ref only showed him another yellow card so he continued playing. was only a couple of minutes left right enough.

The word on the grapevine is that Dungannon have reverted back to an old tactic from last year and are yet again playing players on their senior team who are doing very little or no training at all. In fact against aghaloo they brought on a player who has not trained once with the senior or reserve set up since the start of pre season, 15 minutes into the first half of the game?what sort of message is that sending out to lads who were busting themselves all through pre-season and the start of the league trying to secure a senior place? Has this been happening in any other clubs?

TheHedge... I'd say it happens at most small clubs, although it's a disgrace that one of the major towns in Tyrone has their team in the bottom league with the amount of players they would have.

Potential banana skin for Dungannon going to Dregish on Sunday. Home side will play 'Donegal style' football and if the shooting boots are on and midfield win some ball, I can se a surprise. They only beat Glenelly by 3..that is where I see a potential weakness with the Clarkes!

Dungannon are finding it tough to field two teams atm......many of last years players have left. getting turnouts of 21-22 people at training.

You boys must know something that the rest of us don't if you're tipping Errigal to beat Drumquin. They managed a paltry 2 points in an hour's football against Brocagh last weekend.

Grizzly. I know what you are saying. That was a bad showing. Their previous results saw a draw at home to Dregish and a home win over Clogher. Would need someone from Errigal to explain the inconsistency.

Errigal can change on a weekly basis and on 'any given Sunday' they have the potential to beat any team in the league!
