The 2024 Masters International Rules Series belongs to Ireland after they continued their winning ways in last Saturday's second tests against Australia in Denn, Co. Cavan.

Building on their emphatic first test victories, the Irish Over 40 men's and ladies teams as well as the Over 50 men's all won with plenty to spare again.

A dominant opening quarter laid the foundations for the Over 40 men's 98-20 win, after which Tyrone's Eoin Bradley received the Paddy Gaffney Cup from Paddy's brother Charles.

Ireland also captured the inaugural Over 40 ladies title with a 55-4 second test win after leading 23-3 at half-time. Not to be outdone, the Ireland Over 50s claimed the Charlie Gallagher Cup with a 30-19 victory over their Australian counterparts.

Fittingly, Paul Gallagher honoured the memory of fellow Donegal man Charlie with a brace of goals.
