The good is gone out of this for me, hugely inconsiderate fixture for both players and supporters of both teams, couldn't give a toss if this game isn't played now, really proves that the time for these pre season competitions has come to an end. According to hoganstand article Meath agreed to the proposal to change to Mullingar at 2pm. That is much more preferable (for most meath supporters anyway). Not sure why meath management have problem going to loais ? Surely it's not that further than mulligar once your on the road. It's more of problem for both sets of supporters having to travel to a neutral venue. Maybe CB had a problem with it. Yeah you would wonder are Lonford in a better position not having to be bothered with all this messing.
