Dont think he did. 7 years have passed and it has no baring on the upcoming match with only one player from Meath that played that day still starting (graham Reilly) I dont know if Louth have many still on team? Really we want to get back to the top level again e.g. ding dong finish against Dublin in the Leinster final. Yes it is a long haul, but it is the real target for a Meath team. So we have only just begun the long haul. We are now going in the right direction, but we have quite a few places up for grabs to realise our real target. I reckon it is very far from over for the Louth supporters though. I for one was making out he was a gladiator while in the stand listening to all the louth supporters calling him a scumbag coming onto the pitch.... As for louth being over it...we both know that's not true Ged! All you have to do is go into Drogheda on a saturday night and mention you are even from meath never mind gaa and its dragged up again.
