Great to have a bit of silverware in the county again. Hopefully will boost things in the camp generally. LoyalRoyal (None) - Posts: 452 - 25/06/2017 21:44:12 2005109 Link 0 |
Well done on a great win especially delighted to see Declan Smyth on the team. Just a pity there's no more dunsany lads on the team definitely the best junior team in the county thekillercrow (Meath) - Posts: 26 - 25/06/2017 23:28:36 2005229 Link 0 |

When and where is the Semi Final ?? Good win Sunday, very nice draw in the semi final, British championship is very average i think even Kilkenny compete in it. Be a very good final v Kerry fearmanach1 (Fermanagh) - Posts: 15 - 26/06/2017 08:26:39 2005320 Link 0 |
When is the semi final and final. Will we see common sense over club fixtures ? seasiderblues (Meath) - Posts: 344 - 26/06/2017 08:59:55 2005359 Link 0 |
I believe that we'll play either Warwickshire or Kilkenny in the semi final on July 22nd. Leitrim play Kerry/Cork in the other semi final. Ratoath Royal (Meath) - Posts: 1362 - 26/06/2017 12:05:29 2005599 Link 12 |
Isn't there club championship fixed for that weekend? That'll be some mess if clubs are supposed to be playing championship games and their best players possibly off in England for the weekend playing for the juniors.

Congrats to the Meath Juniors. It was men against boys yesterday. From a Wee County point of view it was a horror show to watch. OLLIE (Louth) - Posts: 12224 - 26/06/2017 15:30:55 2005813 Link 0 |
good win but i would not be reading too much into it. Louth would have been a very average senior team at best with no fitness and conditioning so to speak. However you can only beat what is on front of you and everyone did what was asked of them. pretender (Meath) - Posts: 358 - 26/06/2017 15:41:04 2005824 Link 0 |
Fantastic win. Flanagan, Ross and Kennelly were the main difference but you would expect that from lads training with the Seniors. I thought our backs in particular done very well they didn't allow their man too much room and always tried to play from the front. Lynch in goals would also be worth a look at for the seniors next year along with Rowe, Flood and Conlon. UsernameInvalid (Meath) - Posts: 355 - 26/06/2017 16:47:15 2005880 Link 0 |
Kilkenny actually lost to Dunedin Connollys (Edinburgh) a couple of years ago. That said they've improved since then.

Great chance to win an All Ireland, should easily beat the English winners. Will the Juniors lose any players to Seniors in the qualifers, we need all our players as Kerry look very strong in the final. fearmanach1 (Fermanagh) - Posts: 15 - 27/06/2017 12:49:23 2006257 Link 0 |

Why is it being played in Kilkenny? Should be a neutral venue.
