3 through winning the league and potentially 3 through a playoff, there are numerous teams in each grade capable of making a play off and or winning the league
There are a lot more than 3 teams affected by this!!!
the frustration is that if the CB was that bloody worried about COVID then they would have cancelled the leagues fully, no training no attendance at games
12 or 13 games took place last night in the league with attendances at each game, that's 24 odd teams with over 30 players involved in each game then management teams and coaches on top of that and hundreds attending teams games. Thousands of people in one round yet the issue is not the crowds involved the issue is that these are competitive games??? Bull****
the hurling championship starts this Thursday and there is no issue with that
Ladies football is not affected whatsoever
Nothing about this decision was thought through and now there is radio silence from the CB and months of effort and hard work ruined for these clubs

The 2nd round were called off because of the hurlers....
Imagine calling club games off because of hurlers that conceded 49 total and more unbelievably they will call 3rd round of games off for a bunch of kids .
