For getting to possibly almost every county final in the majority of competitions they entered I'd say mohill

I know they lost out in the majority but the can boast about getting to county finals at all levels something majority clubs can't do

The ladies I'd say aughawillan or st Joseph's both clubs going well

Hurling I'd say manor as they won out the championship only gortletteragh could come near them

Manor won 3 major adult titles, league, intermediate football and snr hurling, surely in with a shout

I did mention them northernsoul

And I do believe they did well in division 5 too

But as villatown has pointed out st Mary's are the senior county champions

I think it would set a very bad example if St Marys got club of the year, they have had major discipline problems over the last couple of months that the rest of the county are aware off.not something that should be rewarded!!!

St marys should not get club of the year, after the way they treated the club championship and were so badly beaten .Mohill should bbe in the running and manor.

I don't think there is an award for Club of the Year given out - I think it's only club grounds of the year but I'm open to correction on this.

Is it given out at County Awards night?

Fenagh are winners of Club Grounds of the Year, taken over from last years winners Drumkeerin, seems to be a token award handed out to whatever club upgrades their facilities most, not necessarily what club has the best grounds.

Aughnasheelin are reigning Scór Club of the Year.

In terms of overall footballing terms, hard to look past Glencar-Manor, Div 1 and SHC retained, IFC won, Mohill contested a lot of finals, albeit most under a 3 club amalgamation, and calling for the County Secretary's head earlier didn't look good. Mary's can't be discounted as they are SFC Champions.

Club of the Year finalists in my estimation

1) Glencar - Manorhamilton
2) Mohill
3) St Mary's Kiltoghert

In saying st mary's underage is a joke you are aware their u10s made it to their second all ireland final in four years this year? As far as club of the year is concerned it must be manors to lose, won quite a bit this year and obviously their seniors were unlucky(bottled it) in the champioship... another point for pirateroaster mohill won the junior A so there's a cup... there club notes this week said they made 10 finals 5 of which they won... obviously could have been better but most clubs wouldn't turn their noses up at that record for a year

in my opinion mohill should get it, and to say no cups is so wrong, they have u 14 league, u 16 double, minor double. junior a and they got to big finals

Premrashers Id def regard only a junior win as a dissapointment wen having d chance of senior league n champ! sayin mohill best yer rewarding mediocridity..Manor best club bar none!hav d cups 2 prove it!Fair play 2 carrick n winnin senior bt must be worried wit der other teams...Premrashers if u knew ur football ud know carrick hav been very poor n all underage grades dat count d last few yrs which is worryin..U14,U16,Minor no team,U21 no interest hence r a joke at underage 4 a town club!

The u10 all ireland team also Drumsna and Leitrim Gaels players so not totally St Marys. Mohill on the amount of final appearances seem to me to have had the best year. Especially when other clubs struggle to get their first teams to perform never mind their second and third strings.

The u 10 team are all from the kiltoghert parish

I think it's far fetched to say manor done better than mohill this year when senior championship came and went at a quarter final stage so let's make it interesting and throw carrigallen into the mix they reached a senior championship quarter their facilities are as good as what's in the county

I would have to back the home club myself being a staunch kiltoghert man im saying marys but I do believe mohill are in with more of a shout than anyone else

As for underage setups there are clubs with great set ups at underage that are unable to win games at senior intermediate level

Fenagh leitrim geals kiltubrid for example

Lastly maybe a dampening drizzle on the smouldering piles of ashes that once were celebratory bonfires around the hills of manorhamilton 15+ county finals in 1 year is along way further than 3

Most of mohill finals are with 2 other clubs mixed in with them, they did not win a lot on there own

Your dead right saintly when you take cloone and eslin and gorvagh out of mohill it's a small club

Be great to see gorvagh restarted for the 100 year anniversary

Alot of gorvagh people wouldnt be impressed if mohill took all the credit for it

94 all star as it is community games the under 10 team does not play by parish boundaries, the community games areas are totally different, which means Drumsna plays with Kiltoghert parish. Kiltubrid are in Drumshambo's area etc, far less teams in the county for the community games on the back of areas including 2/3 parishes.
