championship is wide open marys look good with a convincing win over the bors but how good are the bors? manor had another good win and mohill and melvin couldnt be sepeerated, Gortletragh and drumreilly had wins aswell so its lining up as expected no real underdogs goin to make the quarters! But sizing up to be another good championship!

The intermediate could be just as exciting as the senior, Balinamore with two very convincing wins are yet to be tested! My bets are on Glenfarne to do just that!!
Dromahair are a shook outfit with the loss of conlon and mc gowan! Don't think they'll be contending it again this year! Playing Balinaglera this weekend, wouldnt it be great to see Balinaglera win and really throw a spanner in the works (It'd leave Manor 2nd team, Dromahair and Balinaglera all on two points-presuming Glenfarne will beat Manor)
Aughnashelin could be a dark horse in the championship with two good wins and theywould love a swipe at they're neighbours.
Drumkeerin also two from two and are set to play Aughnashelin this weekend. Always a good championship team; should be a great game!
Eslin one point win over Cloone, 10 frees from 11 points! With a weakened Aughavas this weekend, one would think that Eslin should easily win.
Cloone very defensive against Eslin and could tighten Balinamore to a few points.

All to play for in the intermediate and depending on the quarter draw these teams get, there could be a strong teams exiting!

Going to predict wins this week for Mohill, melvin gaels, manor, marys and gortletragh and allen gaels! I see four games this weekend down for drum keerin and no games for ballinamore surely we shud be making use of the best facilities now that its championship?? I mean after all will drumkeeran hold up 4 games and the facilities arent quite state of the art! no offence intended just stating the obvious

I would be more concerned about the fact the games in each group are not been played at the same time and are on different days! talk about a mess and it not fair to the clubs playig on the day before

Well why don't you mention all the teams 94starbar. Cloone wouldn't beat Sean oheslins 2nd team.

Poor form games aren't at the same time.

S ,o,h will beat cloone by eight or nine points ,and all games should take place at the same time another cock up by the c c c.Sweeney and co are making a mess out of the fixtures again, and no games in ballinamore one of the best pitches in the county, another joke.

Would it not be possible to play games on Friday evenings. Could be a winner. Sweeney and the gang have a tough job in fairness but I think some small (obvious) changes to fixtures could help teams playing and could also boost crowds attending. Friday night games may be difficult for lads travelling back from Dublin or wherever but it might be worth a shot.

Another flaw in the fixtures are that there is a gortletteragh ref refereeing the aughawillan carrick match and an aughawillan ref refereeing the gortletteragh bornacoola match. I thought you couldn't referee a match if your club were in the same group!

Last week at the Aghavas V SOH match there was an Aghavas linesman, strange but true.
