Replying To OpenStand: "An absolute disgrace that this happened , like most true gaels I had huge respect for those that kept Gaelic games alive through very troubled times in the 6 counties . Many people paid with their lives for their Gaa efforts .
This is not the first time people living in the southern part of our island have acted the smart men . The Laois footballers were mentioned by a couple of northern county's as having this mentality.
Think it's well known that last weekends events happened and the Gaa should deal with the club in question speedily and severely ." I think its below the belt and 'smart' of you to refer to one incident a number of years ago involving a Laois team (by a player who was not actually from Laois). I know for a fact that, as in any other county, the vast majority of Laois GAA people condemn sectarian behaviour pf this kind.
