This is what the GAA is all about.

During BBC NI's coverage of yesterday's Ulster SFC semi-final between Donegal and Tyrone in Celtic Park, there was a lovely, impromptu moment which saw one of the participants in the half-time GAA Game For All take reporter Sarah Mulkerrins' microphone while she was analysing the first half with former Donegal star Brendan Devenney and Tyrone legend Owen Mulligan.

The panel saw the funny side of it as the young man returned to the game with the microphone in hand.

Galway native Mulkerrins explained: "If anyone is just after joining us, that is the GAA For All all-star program and they have had a wonderful half-time so fair play to them.

"We have had a treat because as you can see right behind me we have got a special game ongoing.

"This is the GAA For All All-star program which is making sure kids with additional needs can get involved in the GAA; that they can take part and get all the sporting benefits but also the social side of things.

"So it is wonderful to see that program on display and being cheered by the crowd. I am going to go back and try find my microphone!"
