The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has forced another GAA club to shut down after Man O’War GFC in Dublin announced their decision to temporarily suspended all activities as a precautionary measure.
Man O’War GFC revealed yesterday that one of their club members has tested positive for the coronavirus. A contact tracing investigation will take place to help identify 'close contacts' of the individual. But those club members who might be a potential 'close contact' are being contacted in advance.
On Friday, three GAA clubs from west Cork decided to stop all activities at adult and underage level as members were in 'close contact' with someone who had tested positive for Covid-19.
As a precautionary measure for the safety of all our club community, all training and matches have been suspended until further notice. Further information can be found on https://t.co/q8MP2lv84v
