Team news: Rebels ring the changes for Clare showdown

Cork football manager Ronan McCarthy has made 14 changes in total for Saturday afternoon’s McGrath Cup final against Clare.

The Rebels walloped Limerick by 3-15 to 0-7 this past Sunday to book their final berth and centre-back Tom Clancy remains the sole survivor from the victory over the Shannonsiders in Rathkeale.

James Fitzpatrick of Carbery Rangers and Eire Og’s Ronan O’Toole will start at midfield for the Leesiders this weekend while Fitzpatrick’s clubman John O’Rourke is named at number 10 and Mark Collins starting at right corner-forward.

Mark White, Kevin Flahive and Brian Hurley are all held in reserve by McCarthy.

Throw-in at Miltown-Malbay is at 2pm.
