Drumlane GAA Club Lotto Results: The Lotto Jackpot for Tuesday 15/8/2017 was €3,100. The numbers drawn were 10, 19, 26, & 30. There was no Jackpot Winner: the €50 winners were Anne Marie Cassidy, Drumasladdy, Belturbet, Philomena & Seamus McConnell, Milltown & Marie & Noel Reilly, Ballyconnell. The Club Executive encourages all our adult players, members & friends to play the Club Lotto as this is the main source of fundraising for Club Developments throughout the year.  Lotto Jackpot next week is €3,200, remember you need to be in it to win it!

Club Results: Commiserations to the Drumlane Ladies who were beaten in the semi-final of the Intermediate championship. For such a young team, to have had such a brilliant year in all competitions they should be very proud of their performances and we wish them all the best in their upcoming league semi-final. Congratulations to a very strong and experienced Arva/Killashandra team on your win and all at Drumlane Ladies wish you all the best for the final. Congratulations to the Boys Under 16 team who despite their midweek defeat to Dernacrieve Gaels, have qualified for the Division 1 Championship semi-final. This is a fantastic achievement and the team now progress to play the Denn/Lavey amalgamation "Sliabh Glah" in the last 4 of the championship. We wish them the very best of luck in the concluding stages of Championship. Our men's senior team lost in the league to Bailieborough on the score line of 4-12 to 1-12.

Upcoming Club Fixtures:  The men's senior team have been drawn to play St Mary's Swanlinbar in the 4th Round of the Intermediate Championship next Sunday 27th August in Corlough at 7pm. This is a vital match for the team and the management and we would encourage all Drumlane supporters to get out there and show your support for the lads. The U16 Division 1 Championship Semi-Final is fixed for Thursday 31st Aug at 6.45pm in Terry Coyle Park v Sliabh Glah. Please keep an eye out for updates on dates, venues and times for the coming week on the Club Facebook page and remember to get out and support all our teams in their vital upcoming fixtures.

Minor Championship: As a result of the league success, St Joes will now compete in Division 1 of the Minor Football Championship. The Minor Football Championship is due to start on Tuesday 22nd August; St Josephs have been given a bye in Round 1 so will start their championship campaign on Tuesday 29th August.

County Minor Team: Commiserations to Darragh Dolan and the Cavan County Minor team on their defeat to Kerry in the All Ireland semi-final last weekend in Croke Park.

All Ireland U16 Camogie Final: The Club will host the All Ireland U16 Camogie Final between Antrim v Laois next Saturday 26th August at 2.30pm If anyone is available to assist in any way can they please contact Amanda Brady immediately.
