Championship:
The seniors campaign came to a disappointing end last weekend following the loss to Ramor, Mullahorans defeat of Denn made sure that our summer is to end early. Mickey Harkin's men will look to regroup with two important league games to come with promotion still very much on the cards. The minors had a fantastic win against Drumloman Gaels last Tuesday evening and now advance to face Blackwater Gaels in the Minor A Championship quarter final. The game is scheduled for next Tuesday the 6th at home but stay tuned to Twitter and Facebook for confirmation. The U16s face Cornafean Tuesday the 30th at 7pm in Cornafean. The U14s had a fantastic comeback against Bailieboro to win a high scoring contest 9-11 to 6-14.

Cavan Rose Lisa Reilly
A huge congratulations to Lisa Reilly who performed admirably on the television last Monday night at the Rose of Tralee contest. She had to contend with a stage invader but she bravely carried on regardless and done herself, her family, her county and Ballinagh proud. Perhaps her greatest achievement was getting Daithi O Shea to pronounce Ballinagh correctly.
