We wish both our boys and girls U14 teams the very best of luck as they travel to Kerry on Friday for the weekend. Enjoy every minute of it and do your best. Killygarry N.S. Girls Div 2 Champions

The Killygarry schoolgirls have been crowned Division 2 champions for the second year in a row. Congratulations to all involved - there was a very noisy cavalcade celebrating through the area on Saturday afternoon! It's a great achievement by them.

Crubany N.S. Camogie Shield Winners

After a great showing last week in Killinkere in the schools finals, Crubany N.S. went one better this week by winning the Shield final in Kingspan Breffni Park. Congrats to all the girls and coaches.

Club Men Adult Teams

There were no ACFL fixtures last weekend. The next game is provisionally fixed for 26th June at home to Drumlane. The Reserve League team lost to Lacken last weekend. No more minor games until after the Leaving Cert. Best of luck in the exams lads. The Minor League semi-final against Annalee Gaels has been fixed for Monday 27th June.

Denn Legends Cup

Well done to our Denn Legends Cup team who beat Laragh Utd. last week to qualify for the semi-final of the competition.

Club Boys Juvenile Teams

The U14s drew with Gowna last week in their last group game and are through to the semi-final against Ballymachugh in Killashandra this week. The Div 4 team lost their final group game at home to Cornafean last week. The U12s had a narrow win against Bailieborough at home last week. The U8s/U10s had a blitz in Mullahoran last Saturday.

U16 Boys Championship

We have been drawn in Division 3 (13-a-side) with Cuchulainns, Drumgoon, Lavey, Southern Gaels and St. Joseph's. The first round will be on Tuesday, 5th July.

Croke Park bound!

Congratulations to Mark McDermott from Crubany NS who has qualified from the Cumann na mBunscol skills competition to play in Croke Park on the occasion of the All-Ireland semi-final on 21st August. County Mens Adult Teams

Martin's Man of the Match Award

Congratulations to Martin on his Man of the Match award by RTE's Sunday Game and his Opel Player of the Month nomination. He also picked up the Ulster GAA Writers Association player of the month for May. What a month it's been for him.

Club Ladies Adult Teams

There will be no more senior fixtures until after the exams - best of success to everyone. Next round is fixed provisionally for Fri 24th.

Club Girls Juvenile Teams

Heartiest congratulations to the U16s who are County League Division 3 champions. The U14s are training away with Féile June 24th the target. The U13 girls are back training in anticipation of this year's league which sees them in Division 1 against Crosserlough and Castlerahan/Denn. The competition is due to start in the coming weeks. The U8s/U10s had a very enjoyable blitz in Terrycoyle Park last Saturday - see photos on our website and Facebook page.

County Ladies Adult Teams

It was a brilliant win for Caitríona, Elaine, Rachel and the County Senior Ladies in the Ulster Championship against Donegal on Saturday last in Killyclogher (Tyrone). They now meet Monaghan in the final on 3rd July. Next up for Geraldine, Ellie and the minors - they play the winners of Meath and Kildare in the All-Ireland semi-final on 16th July.

County Ladies U21s All-Ireland success

Congratulations to Rachel Talbot, Courtney Rapple-McDowell, Paige Conroy and the County U21 team who beat Meath to win the All-Ireland C title in Partmarnock recently. Great achievement by them all.

The GAA has replaced 'paper vetting' with a new on line or e-vetting system. The e-vetting system is now fully operational. You will find information on this on our website.

Cúl Camp 2016

The Cúl Camp in Killygarry this year will be 11-15 July.

Basic Life Support Courses

Dr Ashraf Butt is giving these 2.5 hour courses in the Council Chamber, Courthouse on 2nd July, 16th July and 15th November. The main elements of the course are CPR and defibrillator training. The course would be ideal for all of our coaches and anyone involved in the Healthy Club Project.

Running Club

Join our running/jogging/walking club. Sessions are on both Tuesdays and Thursdays - 5.30-6.15PM, 6.30-7.15PM or 7.30-8.15PM. There is also a session on Saturday at 9.30AM. Each session costs just €2. The sessions cater for all levels starting from beginners upwards. See Peter's summer schedule on on our Facebook page and the website.

Old photos and memorabilia
