Cavan Minor Ladies Ulster Final Success - Congratulations to Amy Wharton who was part of the Cavan Ladies Minor Panel who won their Ulster Final in Magheracloone on Saturday last against Tyrone on a final scoreline of Cavan 3 - 11 to Tyrone 1 - 7.   This is a great achievement for Amy and her team.

Congratulations to both Lucy Hogan and Peter Doyle who were both successful recently in the INTO/GAA skills competition held in Briefni Park 3G Pitch. Lucy was judged to be one of the top footballers at national school level in the county and Peter proved to be one of the best in the hurling section.  Both will be rewarded for their efforts by playing in Croke Park later in the summer at half time during the all-Ireland football and hurling finals respectively.  This is a great achievement for both young people and great credit goes to them, their parents and of course the juvenile clubs of Ladies and Gents Cornafean GFC.
