Annual Draw

The first of our five monthly draws takes place at the next club meeting on Wednesday, 11th March. Every year, we give away €10,500 in prizes. The entry fee to the draw is €100 upfront or it can be paid in instalments of €20 per month. Those who have paid upfront are entered into a special early bird draw to be in with the chance of winning a first prize of €300 or second prize of €200. Monthly prizes are as follows: 1st - €500, 2nd - €300, 3rd - €200 plus 10 prizes of €100. We would love to see more members getting involved in the draw to make this year's one of our most successful to date. If you would like to sign up, please contact John on 087 220 6704.

Trench Cup

Well done to Paul Smith and Garda College on their victory over St. Pat's of Drumcondra in the Trench Cup final in UCC on Saturday.

Membership

Membership for 2015 can be paid to Irene Farrelly or Brian Clarke. We are approaching the 31 March deadline for submission of all registered members to Croke Park. Paying membership is the best way of ensuring you continue to receive club text messages on training and fixtures etc. All players need to pay membership in order to be covered by the Player Injury Scheme. Membership rates: full membership €40, student €20, youth €10, social €10, family (entailing full membership for two parents/guardians and youth membership for an unlimited number of children under the age of 18 from the same family) €60.

Breffni League

Our senior team commenced the defence of their Division 1A Breffni League title on Sunday afternoon last. Fay Park succumbed to inclement weather conditions overnight on Saturday which necessitated a move for the fixture to Castlerahan community pitch. Full-time scoreline: Castlerahan 1-08 to 0-05 Kingscourt. The next round of the Breffni League is away to Cavan Gaels on Saturday at 4:30pm in Terry Coyle Park.

Minor

Our minor team commences their Division 1 league campaign away to Ramor United on Saturday afternoon next, at 3.30pm.
