Upcoming events
Fr. Ray Kelly, the YouTube singing sensation with some 30 million views, performs live in concert, supported by local artists, on Friday, 7th November at 8.30pm in St. Joseph's Hall. Tickets are €10 and are available from Ballyjamesduff Post Office, Credit Union or Slowey's Hardware. The Seamus O'Rourke play "Padraig Pott's Guide to Walking" will be staged on Sunday, 30th November while a dinner dance will be held on Sunday, 28th December in the Riverfront Hotel, Virginia.

Club gear
The final order of club gear to ensure delivery in time for Christmas will be submitted on Wednesday, 12th November. The range includes a hooded top, t-shirt, polo shirt, rain jacket, half-zip training top (available in pink also), full zip tracksuit top, full tracksuit and shorts. A replica jersey and genuine O'Neills football have also been added to the range, although there are associated minimum order quantities. Sizes available for children are from 5-6 to 13-14 years of age. Adult sizes include small, medium, large and extra-large. All orders will come embroidered with the Castlerahan GAA crest (crest on shorts costs €2 extra). Order gear at Coleman's Toys and Gifts on Stradone Street. Deposits can be taken and pay the remainder in the weeks coming up to Christmas. A Paypal account is also available. Congratulations
Congratulations to Castlerahan's own Harry O'Reilly who guided his Éire Óg team to the Cork Intermediate Football Championship title on Saturday night last.

Blood Donor Clinic
The IBTS will host a mobile blood donor clinic on Thursday, 30th October from 5 to 8.30pm in St. Joseph's Hall, Ballyjamesduff. Please support this vital service.

Coaching courses
There will be Foundation and Level One coaching courses held in Breffni Park in the next few weeks. You must complete the foundation level course before progressing to Level One. If you are interested in coaching a juvenile team next year and would like to partake in the courses, please contact Brian (0861077471) as soon as possible.

Senior
Our senior team topped the All County Football League Division 1A table for the second consecutive year after eking out a draw with Lavey in Lavey on Sunday afternoon last. Finishing top of the table has the reward of automatically qualifying for the final; a fixture for which is yet to be confirmed.

Reserve championship
Our reserve team will meet Kingscourt or Ramor United in the final of the Division 1A championship.

U21
Our U21s will meet Killann Gaels (Bailieborough/Shercock) in the quarter-final of the Division 1 championship. Fixture to be confirmed.

U13 championship
Our U13 side were defeated in the preliminary round of the Division 2 championship on Saturday evening last in Drumlane.
