The following trophies will be presented on the day: the John Fee Memorial Trophy, the Hughie Smith Memorial Trophy, the Ruairí Dunne Memorial Trophy and the Brother Cyril Memorial Plaque. This day commemorates, in particular, former Cavan Gaels stalwart John Fee who passed away ten years ago on 22 November 2004. Ar dheis lámh Dé go raibh a anam.

We thank all those who in any way contributed to the application or helped in any way to expedite the granting of this money. Thanks to all those who have already joined the Friends of Cavan Gaels and in doing so have made a very important contribution to our club's development plans. We would encourage those members, at home and abroad, who have not joined so far, to consider joining the Friends of Cavan Gaels.
We are glad to report that work has commenced on this project.
